I never understood what dispatchers went through until I interviewed three of them in Houston. Some of those dispatchers are illustrated here in these images. I continue to honour these men and women and will continue to create artwork for them.

Thank you for your work ... it is amazing, moving, and so powerful. Sometimes, I can't express everything that I'm feeling with words, and that piece says everything that I'm feeling ... without having actually to speak".
